- Ibnu Qudamah Al Maqdisi, Mukhtasir Minhaj Al Qasidin (Ringkasan Jalan Menuju Allah)

...huhu...

Human being is created to be in constant struggle. If he is not struggling for goodness, then he will be struggling for doing something bad. (Al Insyiqaq)

O Allah, thanks for Your bounty and provisions provided for us. We regret that we are forgetful to give You thanks most of the times. And, even worst.. We even forget the zillions of bounty You gave us, when we are struck with a tiny hardship.

O Allah, draw us near to You. Make the Quran the spring of our hearts. Make the Sunnah as our liestyle.

Allah said in the Quran, "..and We made day for living" (An Naba':11), which means, Allah give us day for us to search for provision for our living, and let us rest during the night. (See Al A'raf:10, Al Baqarah:198).

Since I've started working, I just could not stop blaming the tiresome of 9 long hours at work. But I forgot one thing, that... "mencari rezeki, kurniaan Allah", is actually an ibadah! And I should be enjoy working!! Al Bukhari narrated from the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh),
"Makanan yang paling baik yang dimakan oleh seseorang ialah makanan daripada hasil usahanya sendiri." Even Prophet Zakaria a.s was a carpenter (he got a job to support his life, being a Prophet did not mean he only waited for provisions fall freely from God).

Even, the bird if we can observe.. Pagi keluar perut lapar.. Balik dia cari cacing ke apa.. Kenyang..

Mari kita semangat kerja.. Kerana kerja bukan untuk boss.. Sebab untuk Allah, yeah!!

O Allah, do not leave us even within a blink of an eye.. And correct all our affairs for us, there is none worthy of worship but You!!

... Teringat sorang ukhti pernah diskusi ngan ana, Rasulallah orang yang paling rapat dengan Allah, apatah lagi for sure kalau Nabi nak minta pertolongan, of course Allah bleh bagi direct je... Tapi, he planned and worked hard for each of things that he did... Mcm peristiwa hijrah.. Mcm mana Nabi buat penyusunan untuk jadikan Madinah tu negara islam pertama... etc... lah...

Kadang2 kita niat nak mujahadah.. Tapi terlupa jalan dakwah ini jalan panjang... Kita terlupa nak minum air seteguk sekali minum.. tapi kita habiskan air satu botol.. Lalu, sepanjang perjalanan, perut rasa kembung dan rasa asyik nak berhenti sbb nak terbuang air... (hehe.. paham ke analogi ni).. Kesimpulannya, take one thing at one time, although we prefer multi-tasking, but kena consider keupayaan diri.... Ingat analogi cL.. Kita nak jalan jauh, tak kan nak buat kerja sampai patah kaki, patah tangan skang ni.. Nanti di masa depan, kita akan handicapped...

Tak ke payah, bila fitnah melanda kita.. kerana kita tersilap langkah.. tersilap susun prioriti..
(uhu.. cakap melalui pengalaman sendiri)..

BAB II

Pehtu.. Pasal ke'syadid'an pulak... Kesian budak tu, lambat gi lecture theatre.. Then, mungkin dia akan pegang2 muka dia kemungkinan dia rasa ada topeng naga kat muka dia... (You know what I'm saying..)

Saya ada lesson learnt, sejak saya join kompeni P, of course lah, tak dapat nak elak drpd berkomunikasi dgn lelaki ajnabi because they are large by numbers and of my colleagues and bosses. Berterus terang on what is your principle is much more helpful rather than running2 away.. Of course lah, kena terang cara yang dia bleh faham... Ada satu kursus that I have to attend, kena main game spider web.. Saya cakap siap2.. Kalau boleh tak nak ada body contact dgn any guys. Instructor tu orang India, dia tak faham, dia marah saya, dia kata, "If u dont want to work with the team. You have to work on your own".. Tapi, team saya, alhamdulillah, sangat memahami, diorang terus cakap, "tak pe2, kita arrange strategy cara supaya dayah tak payah kena dokong2.." Subhanallah, saya kagum dgn akhlak insaniyah mereka...

Jaga jarak, jaga suara, be direct to certain point... Of course, and doa pada Allah banyak2 supaya kita dihormati, dan maruah dijaga.. dan doa supaya kita tidak menjadi fitnah kepada Islam.

Allahua'lam..

mujahadah... maksudnye struggle..
perkataan ni jadi salah satu fixed vocab kita..

"Mujahadah nak tahan mengantuk..."
"Mujahadah nak abeskan satu chapter Digital Communication...."
"Mujahadah nak lawan penyakit dengki.."
"Mujahadah nak dakwah.."

Tapi, kadang-kadang..

Memang betul perlu mujahadah.. Tapi perlu ada penyusunan kerja... Penyusunan waktu study.. Penyusanan segala-galanya...

Tapi ukurlah consequence nya..

to be cont

:: TO LOVE IS EASY, TO LOVE BECAUSE OF ALLAH IS NOT THAT EASY ::

To love someone for the sake of Allah is a grand act for which much merit and many rewards have been promised.

To love someone for the sake of Allah is a grand act for which much merit and many rewards have been promised.

"To love for the sake of Allah" means loving someone, not for worldly gain, but because he/she is more religious and pious or busy in serving Muslims and Islam, or because loving him or her is commanded by Allah; like loving parents.

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:

"Allah shall ask on the Day of Judgment; ' Where are those who loved for the sake of my greatness? Today when there is no shade, I shall have them in my shade.'" [Sahih Muslim]

Allah (swt) says in the Quran:

"The Believers are but a single brotherhood."[49:10]

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:

There are three things, that whoever attains, will find the sweetness of faith: If Allah and his messenger are dearer to him than anyone else; if he loves a person solely for the sake of Allah; and if he would hate to return to disbelief (kufr) after Allah has rescued him from it, as much as he would hate to be thrown into fire."[Agreed upon]

Having love for Allah's pious and good bondsmen is actually an outcome of one's love for Allah, so it earns the same rewards and merits as the latter.

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was asked:

"When shall come the Day of Judgment?" Our Prophet (pbuh) asked him : What preparation have you made for the Day?" The man said, "Nothing, but I have love for Allah and for his messenger." The Prophet (pbuh) said: "You shall be (on that Day) with whom you love."

The above saying (hadith) has been quoted by Anas. He said that these words of the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) pleased us as nothing had ever done. He added: "I have great love for the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) - may he be eternally blessed - and with Abu Bakr and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, and because of this love, I shall be in their company, even though my deeds are not equal to theirs." [Sahih Bukhari]

Allah has commanded Muslims to love one another, to take one another as friends and brothers and care and help each other, Allah (swt) says in the Quran:

(And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited, and remember the favor of Allah on you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so by His favor you became brethren; and you were on the brink of a pit of fire, then He saved you from it, thus does Allah make clear to you His communications that you may follow the right way.)[3:103]

Our love for each other for the sake of Allah implies a willingness to sacrifice our needs for the sake of our fellow Muslims needs in a manner that far outweighs normal sacrifice for the sake of friendship. This pure love is crucial to maintaining Muslims faith, if Muslims dont have strong relations with each other, their faith will automatically decrease.

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:

The relationship between believers is like a wall, parts of which support other parts.[Muslim]

The concept of love for the sake of Allah doesnt recognize nor permit friendship" between men and women that is outside of marriage and familial bonds. However, Muslims wives and husbands shouldl love each other for the sake of Allah, their children will love them and love each other for the sake of Allah. This will sure result in strong family relations and a healthy Muslim community.

A Muslim should not forsake or abandon his brother, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:

There should be no breaking off of ties, no turning away from one another, no hating one another. Be brothers, as Allah has commanded you.[Muslim]

Also Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) advised Muslims to show their love for one another, he said:

If a man loves his brother in faith, he should tell him that he loves him.[Abu Dawud]

There are so many sayings of our Prophet (pbuh) showing that having love for someone for the sake of Allah is an act of great merit, which grants one the opportunity of doing good in this world and being in exalted company in the Hereafter.

Hence, one should love good people for the sake of Allah and with the intent of becoming good oneself and earning Allah's pleasure.

i've been abandoning this blog for such a long time..

in my blog, i write random things.. mostly about things happening around me...

well... this is just the another angle of myself.. i have 360 different angles :-P well, i have to do 360 entries to explain each degree of angle of my self.. ngeh ngeh..

my friend once told (she WAS an active blogger), "i hope that no one would judge me 100% from my blog. it is not a fair to do so"
.. hehe.. who are we to judge people lah to begin with ;-)

O well... Here the story goes...

I've been quite disappointed with myself, since I did not manage to manage myself well.. Uhuh... Let me say, this is my transition period, I need time to adapt with things...

Finally, I found this one ayah from my manual (i.e. the Quran).. which soothes my heart..

"Hai orang2 yg beriman, bertaqwalah kpd Allah dan carilah jalan yg mendekatkan diri kepadaNya, dan berjihadlah di jalanNya supaya kamu beroleh kejayaan" Al Maidah:35

In this ayah, it says "wabtaghuu ilaihil waseelah" ... search towards Him a path (that may draw you near to Allah)..

Tiba-tiba teringat lagu Tombo Ati, ado limo perkaronye...
1. moco quran dan maknanye..
2. berkumpul dgn org2 soleh
3. solat malam dirikanlah
4. perbanyakkan berpuasa
5. zikir malam berpanjanglah...

Uhu.. May Allah help us.. to makan ubat hati ini... Walau ubat, mmg pahit (i.e. the struggle to do good things is always sangat susah.. tapi the healing effect sangat best :-)

Pray for me ya kawan2... :-)
